笔者阐述了绿色人力资源管理的内涵,结合绿色人力资源管理的构建思路,提出了在培训过程中养成绿色培训理念,企业管理要重视绿色招聘以及绿色绩效管理,另外,对员工的管理要重视绿色薪酬等绿色人力资源管理的实施战略。
