根据催化减活第三种类型——结垢积炭及 Levenspiel 的独立减活模型,作者对超稳 Y 及HY 沸石的催化裂化减活规律,作了一些半定量的研究。由 EPR 谱图得知,在超稳 Y 沸石上的积炭随 SiO_2/Al_2O_3值增加而减小,致使减活速率常数 k_d减小。在超稳 Y 沸石中引进镍,亦能使催化活性衰减速率变慢。此外,样品的预处理——焙烧或未焙烧、还原温度的高低、还原流速的大小皆与催化减活存在一定的顺变关系。本文对这些影响减活的因素进行了概括的探讨。
According to the third model of catalytic deactivation - scale deposition and Levenspiel’s independent deactivation model, the authors made some semi-quantitative studies on the catalytic cracking deactivation of ultra-stable Y and HY zeolites. According to the EPR spectra, the coke deposition on the ultra-stable Y zeolite decreases with the increase of the SiO 2 / Al 2 O 3 value, resulting in a decrease of the deactivation rate constant k_d. The introduction of nickel in ultra-stable Y zeolites also slows the rate of decay of catalytic activity. In addition, the sample pretreatment - roasting or not roasting, the reduction temperature level, the reduction of the flow rate and the size of the catalytic deactivation there is a certain degree of compliance. In this paper, the factors affecting deactivation are summarized.
