铁路建设工程质量不仅关系到人民生命和财产安全,还关系到工程的适用性和建设项目的投资效果。本文笔者主要从铁路建设工程管理中的工程质量控制、影响工程质量因素、加强工程质量管理的措施等方面进行了一些探讨,以供业内相关技术人员参考。 The quality of railway construction is not only related to people’s lives and property safety, but also to the applicability of the project and the investment effect of construction projects. In this paper, the author mainly discusses some aspects such as project quality control in railway construction project management, factors that affect project quality and measures to strengthen project quality management so that the relevant technical personnel in the industry can reference it.
