“十一五”规划纲要提出要积极稳妥地推进资源性产品价格改革,逐步理顺和完善资源性产品和要素的价格形成机制。资源作为国民经济的上游产业,其价格调整无疑将直接造成产业链中下游行业的成本上升,而这一成本压力必将转嫁到最终消费品领域,加大下游企业产品价格上涨压力,同时也加剧潜在的通货膨胀压力。本文在阐述福建省资源性产品价格改革进展情况的基础上,侧重分析资源性产品价格调整对福建经济生产及居民生活的影响,并据此提出稳妥推进资源价格改革的政策建议。
The Outline of the Eleventh Five-year Plan proposes to actively and steadily push forward the price reform of resource products and gradually rationalize and improve the price formation mechanism of resource products and elements. Resources as the upstream industry of the national economy, the price adjustment will undoubtedly directly lead to the rising cost of the industry chain in the middle and lower reaches, and this cost pressure will be passed on to the final consumer goods areas, increase downstream product prices pressures, but also exacerbate the potential The inflationary pressure. On the basis of expounding the progress of resource product price reform in Fujian Province, this paper focuses on the analysis of the impact of resource product price adjustment on the economic production and resident life in Fujian Province, and puts forward the policy recommendations for the steady reform of resource price.
