塔形弹簧是弹簧中的一种,其最大特点是:弹簧的压缩量λ的变化率随着压力P的增加而减少,小载荷时刚性较低,随着载荷的增加,刚性增加,其P-λ关系呈现为一条曲线(见图1),这种弹簧体积小而吸收冲击的能力高,特别适用于外形尺寸受限制而又承受强烈冲击的机械上,例如:锻造起重机的翻料机上。
Tower spring is one of the springs, the most important feature is: the rate of change of the spring compression λ decreases with the increase of the pressure P, the rigidity is low when the load is small, with the load increases, the rigidity increases, the P -λ relationship presents a curve (see Figure 1). This spring is small and absorbs shock very well, making it ideal for mechanically constrained and heavily impacting machines such as the forging machine.
