伴随着近些年我国天然气开发力度的加大,以及其在一次性能源消费中占据总比例的逐年上升,使得人们对天然气开发和运输的关注度也在不断提升。管道输送作为运送天然气的主要工具,其首段和末段连接的分别是天然气田和用户。目前,我国天然气管道呈现出明显的网状结构特点,具有点多、线长、面广的特点。但天然气在运输期间容易受到一定内外因素的影响,产生出差问题,对相关天然气企业的经济利益产生极大的影响。天然气计量输差已经成为天然气行业经营发展的一个重要问题,它直接影响着企业的经济效益。本文重点分析了天然气计量输差产生的原因、特性等内容,并从提高企业计量管理水平、加大管理力度、使用先进计量仪器和建立完善的计量管理制度等方面对降低计量输差的有效途径做了阐述。以天然气输差问题为立足点,通过对该问题产生原因的分析,从而就控制天然气输差的具体措施展开研究。
Along with the increase of natural gas exploitation in China in recent years and the increase of its total proportion in one-time energy consumption, people are paying more attention to the development and transportation of natural gas. Pipeline transportation as the main tool for transporting natural gas, the first and last paragraph of the connection are natural gas fields and users. At present, China’s natural gas pipeline shows obvious characteristics of the network structure, with the characteristics of more points, longer lines and broader area. However, during transportation, natural gas is vulnerable to some internal and external factors, causing travel problems and greatly affecting the economic interests of the relevant natural gas enterprises. The measurement and transmission of natural gas has become an important issue in the operation and development of the natural gas industry, which directly affects the economic benefits of the enterprise. This paper focuses on the analysis of the causes and characteristics of natural gas measurement and transmission differences. From the aspects of improving the measurement management level of enterprises, intensifying the management, using advanced measuring instruments and establishing a sound measurement management system, the effective ways to reduce the measurement error Have elaborated. Taking the problem of natural gas transmission difference as the starting point, this paper analyzes the causes of this problem and studies the specific measures to control the transmission difference of natural gas.
