科林格里奇困境是技术评估中一个十分著名的难题。首先分析了它本身包含的三个维度,即时间维度、知识维度和权力维度,并指出它的理论基础其实就是传统实证主义科技观。接着借助于20世纪80年代从STS中发展出来并从根本上颠覆传统实证主义科技观的技科学视角,对它的三个维度进行重新解释与修正,最后消解了这个困境,这能为我国技术评估工作带来一些有益的新启示。
Collingridge's dilemma is a well-known problem in technology assessment. First of all, it analyzes the three dimensions it contains, namely the time dimension, the knowledge dimension and the power dimension, and points out that its theoretical basis is actually the traditional positivist view of science and technology. Then, with the help of the techno-science perspective developed from STS in the 1980s and fundamentally subverting the traditional positivist view of science and technology, the three dimensions of it were reinterpreted and revised. Finally, this dilemma was solved, Assessment brings some useful new insights.
