矿用液压支柱是采煤普遍应用的支撑设备,支柱设计的承受支撑压力为25~30t,支柱的主柱头与简体为搭接U形焊缝,柱体材质为27SiMn,壁厚8mm,采用二氧化碳保护焊。矿工称之为开采工作面上的“保命柱”。为确保焊接质量,我所与昆明煤机总厂共同研制成功矿用液压柱体焊缝超声波在线自动探伤装置,检测速度为10mm/s。经过半年多的生产试验,证明检测装置设计合理、性能稳定,对超标缺陷自动报警、自动判定,能打印缺陷位置图及探伤报告,数据直观,便于分析,为我国煤机行业焊缝探伤填补了空白。

After more than half a year’s production test, it proves that the testing device is reasonable in design, stable in performance, automatic alarm and automatic judgment of excessive defects, can print the defect location map and flaw detection report, the data is intuitive and easy to analyze, filling up the welding flaw detection for coal industry in China blank.
