我很赞成吴才开同志提出的“注重思想政治工作本体功能的研究”(见本刊年一九八九年第九期)的观点。确实,思想政治工作如果体现不出鲜明的本体功能,就很难说它是一门专业,而政工干部也很难改变“万金油”的形象。特别是广大政工干部不明确本体功能的要求,那他在工作上的“钻研”和“提高”也就没有具体方向。但是,我觉得思想政治工作的本体功能,还应按照不同的政工部门明确比较具体的要求,这样才能落到实处。现在企业宣传部门承担的任务十分繁杂,所做的工作有的体现了宣传部
I am very much in favor of the commentary put forward by Comrade Wu Caikai on “focusing on the study of the function of ideological and political work ontology” (see issue 9 of 1989). Indeed, ideological and political work can hardly be said to be a profession if it can not reflect its distinctive ontological functions, and it is also very difficult for political cadres to change the image of “veteran oil”.
