为进一步了解宝山区公立医疗机构消毒卫生现状,有效预防医院感染及医源性感染的发生,按照《医院消毒卫生标准》的规定,2009年分别对宝山区12家公立医疗机构的消毒卫生状况进行监督抽检。结果显示,2009年环境空气、物体表面、医护人员手和使用中消毒剂细菌总数合格率分别达到80.0%、100.0%、91.8%、93.7%。部分公立医疗机构环境空气、医护人员手细菌总数超标,少数使用中的消毒剂浓度不符合要求。为此,应继续加强监督管理力度,督促公立医疗机构切实落实各项消毒卫生管理措施,规范医护人员的消毒隔离行为。
In order to further understand the status quo of disinfection and health in public medical institutions in Baoshan District and effectively prevent nosocomial infections and iatrogenic infections, according to the provisions of “Sanitation and Hygiene Standards for Hospital Disinfection”, in 2009, the disinfection and sanitation status of 12 public medical institutions in Baoshan District Supervised sampling. The results showed that in 2009, the pass rates of ambient air, surface of objects, medical staff and the total number of bacteria in use reached 80.0%, 100.0%, 91.8% and 93.7% respectively. Part of the public health care institutions, the ambient air, health care workers exceeded the total number of bacteria, a small number of disinfectants in use concentration does not meet the requirements. To this end, we should continue to strengthen the supervision and management efforts, urging public medical institutions to effectively implement the various disinfection and health management measures, standardize the disinfection and isolation of medical staff.
