以沙柳茎段为外植体,开展不同基本培养基,植物生长调节剂ZT、NAA组合的筛选试验。结果表明,在ZT、NAA组合,沙柳幼芽高生长最佳培养基为1/2 WPM+ZT 1.0 mg·L~(-1)+NAA 0.1 mg·L~(-1),沙柳最佳生根培养基为1/2 WPM+ZT0.1 mg·L~(-1)+NAA 2.0 mg·L~(-1)。在参试的MS、WPM、B5、DCR、White 5种培养基中,最适合沙柳幼芽茎段诱导及生根的培养基为WPM,叶片较绿,根较长,生长较快。
Salix stem segments as explants to carry out the screening of different basic media, plant growth regulators ZT, NAA combination. The results showed that the optimal medium for the high growth of Salix psammophila was ZW and NAA combinations, and the optimal medium for the growth of Salix psammophila was 1/2 WPM + ZT 1.0 mg · L -1 and NAA 0.1 mg · L -1, The medium was 1/2 WPM + ZT0.1 mg · L -1 and NAA 2.0 mg · L -1. Among the five tested MS, WPM, B5, DCR and White mediums, the most suitable medium for the induction and rooting of shoots of Salix psammophila was WPM. The leaves were longer and grew faster.
