无锡钢厂650分厂于1984年10月投产,在仅有的一座111m~2燃油连续加热炉上.设计安装了一台由海城换热器厂生产的947m~2片状管式换热器(表1 ),7年来共开坯102.21万t,油耗逐年下降。长期以来,实践证明预热器在每次清灰前后,风温有明显变化,同时油耗水平也相应波动.体现了预热器工作好坏,直接影响着能源消耗.该换热器由于结构上的原因.使用中虽经多次在线清灰,终因管距小,清灰困难,劳动强度大,往往造成炉子正压、热风温度降低、油耗上升,被迫停产清灰。
