本文总结了中职卫生教育护理专业、人民卫生出版社出版的全国统编《内科护理》第一版至第三版教材中的护理诊断~[1-3],目的是发现护理诊断在新旧版《内科护理》教材中的应用及其变迁规律,通过比较与分析发现重复多次出现的调频诊断项目多为教学中的重点内容,而较少重复出现的低频诊断项目多为教学中了解内容;同时发现教材中仍然存在的护理诊断错误或陈述不清、诊断随意性等问题或缺点。针对性这些问题,提出内科护理诊断的教学中如何突出重点、前后联系以提高课堂效果的教学方法;同时指出教材内容的编写如何避免诊断错误、陈述不清、诊断随意性的缺点,以便今后的教材编写得到不断优化的建议。
This article summarizes the nursing education in secondary vocational health education, People’s Health Publishing House published a national system of “internal medicine nursing” first edition to the third edition of teaching materials in nursing diagnosis [1-3], the purpose is to find nursing diagnosis in the new version Through the comparison and analysis, it is found that the FM diagnosis items that appear repeatedly and repeatedly are the most important contents in the teaching, while the less frequent low-frequency diagnosis items mostly understand the content in the teaching. At the same time found in the teaching materials still exist in the diagnosis of nursing errors or unclear, diagnostic randomness and other issues or shortcomings. Pointed out the teaching methods of internal medicine nursing diagnosis how to highlight the key points, contact before and after to improve the classroom effect; also pointed out that the preparation of teaching materials how to avoid the shortcomings of diagnostic error, unclear diagnosis, arbitrary diagnosis, so that in the future Teaching materials to be continuously optimized recommendations.
