我们自1982年4月至1985年8月在实验室内对方形黄鼠蚤松江亚种(Citellophilus tesquorum sungaris Jordan,1929)的养殖技术进行了系统探索。采用成幼混养和成幼分养两种方法进行养殖,共连续传代46代。养殖一代约需24天,即卵期2~3天,幼虫期6~8天,茧蛹期8~14天。同时探索了标准化和规范化的养殖方法。传代养殖和规范养殖质量测定结果分别是: 1.繁殖力:0.77±0.14只蚤/ ♀·天;1.16±0.20只蚤/ ♀·天。 2.未吸血成蚤寿命:14.3±1.0天;13.1±1.8天。 3.新羽化成蚤体重:♀为0.422±0.03mg;0.46±0.04mg,♂为0.328±0.03mg,0.35±0.03mg。 各代之间数据波动均不大,表明养殖质量稳定,技术可靠实用,在周密计划饲养下可提供规格化的实验蚤源。在国内建立了方形黄鼠蚤松江亚种的第一个规范化的实验种群。
We systematically explored the culture of Citellophilus tesquorum sungaris Jordan (1929) in the laboratory from April 1982 to August 1985. Mature polyculture and sub-raising adopted two methods of breeding, a total of 46 generations of continuous passage. Breeding generation takes about 24 days, that is, oviposit 2 to 3 days, larvae 6 to 8 days, pupa 8 to 14 days. At the same time to explore the standardized and standardized breeding methods. The results of subculture and standardized culture were as follows: 1. Fecundity: 0.77 ± 0.14 fleas / ♀ · day; 1.16 ± 0.20 fleas / ♀ · day. 2. Did not suck blood flea life expectancy: 14.3 ± 1.0 days; 13.1 ± 1.8 days. 3. New eclosion into flea weight: ♀ 0.422 ± 0.03mg; 0.46 ± 0.04mg, ♂ 0.328 ± 0.03mg, 0.35 ± 0.03mg. Data fluctuations between generations are not large, indicating that the quality of breeding stable, reliable technology and practical, well-planned feeding can provide standardized test flea source. In China, the first standardized experimental population of S. gonorrhoeae Songjiang subspecies was established.
