随着压裂液各种添加剂的不断改进,2012年5月,中原油田沿用的杀菌剂与现行的压裂液体系出现了不配伍性。经过改进配方后,形成了新的压裂液专用杀菌剂。通过配伍性、杀菌率、基液粘度保持率和高温粘度等指标对YS-1杀菌剂进行了系列性能评价。评价结果表明,新的杀菌剂实现了配伍性较好且经济环保。
With the continuous improvement of various additives for fracturing fluid, in May 2012, there was no compatibility between the fungicide used in Zhongyuan Oilfield and the existing fracturing fluid system. After the improved formula, a new special fracking agent for fracturing fluid was formed. A series of performance evaluation of YS-1 fungicide was carried out through compatibility, sterilization rate, viscosity retention of base fluid and viscosity at high temperature. Evaluation results show that the new fungicides to achieve a better compatibility and economic environmental protection.
