目的：探讨应用Zweymüller双锥面螺旋臼治疗老年股骨颈骨折的临床效果。方法使用Zweymüller双锥面螺旋臼治疗96例70岁以上高龄股骨颈骨折患者。其中3例因骨质疏松使用骨水泥柄，其余采用生物柄。随访观察疗效并采用Harris评分进行疗效评价。结果76例患者获随访，时间12~48个月。髋关节按Harris评分：优45例，良21例，可10例，优良率86.8%。结论 Zweymüller双锥面螺旋臼治疗老年股骨颈骨折，可早期下床功能锻练，有效预防长期卧床所致并发症，疗效满意。“,”Objective To evaluate the clinical efficiency of total hip arthroplasty ( THA) using Zweymüler cement-less biconical cup in the treatment of femoral fractures in aged patients. Methods 96 THA procedures using Zweymüler cementless biconical cup were performed in 96 patients older than 70 years with femoral neck fractures. The cementless femoral stems were used in 93 patients, and the cement stems were used in the others because of oste-oporosis. Follow-up to the therapeutic effects and evaluated the efficacy with Harris score. Results 76 patients were followed after 12~48 months. According to Harris score:45 cases were excellent, 21 good, 10 fair, and the excel-lent and good rate was 86. 8%. Conclusions The aged patients with femoral neck fracture cured with Zweymüler ce-mentless biconical cup have earlier functional exercise and fewer complications. The early clinical outcomes are satis-factory.
