目的:测定第二茬溪黄草药材中迷迭香酸、总二萜、总黄酮的含量,确定其最佳采收期,为按中药材GAP原则制定相关标准操作规程(SOP)并实施推广应用,提供基础研究资料。方法:采用高效液相色谱法和紫外分光光度法分别测定溪黄草基地产不同采收期第二茬溪黄草药材中迷迭香酸和总二萜、总黄酮的含量。结果:不同采收期的第二茬溪黄草药材中迷迭香酸含量差异较大,而总二萜、总黄酮的含量差异相对较小,其中迷迭香酸的含量差异达10倍之多。溪黄草品种中3种活性成分的含量与采收时间均呈正相关,线纹香茶菜和纤花香茶菜品种中3种成分的含量在考察期内处于一个上下波动的状态,作者建议第二茬溪黄草品种和线纹香茶菜、纤花香茶菜品种的最佳采收期分别在第一茬采收后第120~140天和第60天左右。结论:2种含量测定方法均简便、快速、准确、重复性好;本实验中所用的样品均采自溪黄草种植基地,对第二茬溪黄草药材资源利用价值的评价具有较好的代表性,对于指导第二茬溪黄草药材的采收和溪黄草GAP基地的建设具有一定的意义。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the content of rosmarinic acid, total diterpene and total flavonoids in the second crop of Scutellaria barbata and to determine the best recovery period. Methods: The content of rosmarinic acid, total diterpene and total flavonoids in the second crop of Xihuangcao from Xihuangcao base were measured by HPLC and UV spectrophotometry respectively. Results: The content of rosmarinic acid differed greatly in the second crop of Xihuangcao from different harvesting times, but the content of total diterpene and total flavonoids was relatively small, the content of rosmarinic acid was 10 times many. The content of three active ingredients in the Xihuangcao variety had a positive correlation with the harvesting time. The contents of the three components in the Xiwencha and the Xiancaichacha varieties were in a fluctuating state during the survey period. The second harvest of yellow grass variety and line pattern fragrant Chaka, sweet-scented osmanthus varieties of the best harvest were 120-140 days after the first crop harvest and about 60 days. Conclusion: The method of determination of two kinds of content is simple, rapid, accurate and reproducible. The samples used in this study were collected from Xihuangcao planting base. The evaluation of the utilization value of Xihuangcao medicinal material in the second crop had better It is of great significance to guide the harvest of the second crop of Xihuang herb and the construction of the GAP base of Xihuang grass.
