随着国家经济和城市化的快速发展,占用了越来越多的耕地和基本农田。据《人民日报》披露,近年来全国基本农田减少380.70万公顷,同期补划125.77万公顷,补减相抵,净减少254.93万公顷。据权威机构披露,1990年到2002年全国因耕地而造成失地的农民至少有6630万人,而且数字还在不断增加,已成为社会不安定、不和谐的潜在隐患。
With the rapid development of national economy and urbanization, more and more cultivated land and basic farmland are occupied.
