一个充满活力的社会,不该让户籍来阻碍一个人的自由迁徙、自由择业;一个公平公正的社会,不该用户籍来定义一个人的身份地位、发展机会。打破藩篱,融化坚冰,坚决剔除粘附在户籍关系上的种种社会经济差别,是十八届三中全会以来中国户籍制度改革的明确方向,也是中国梦的题中应有之义。户籍制度改革是一项复杂的系统工程,涉及亿万人的切身利益,需要兼顾的因素多、统筹推进的难度大,既是一项重大举措,也是一项重大考验。但 A vibrant society should not allow household registration to hinder one’s freedom of movement and career freedom; a fair and equitable society should not use household registration to define one’s status and development opportunity. Breaking the barriers, melting the ice and resolutely excluding the various social and economic differences that have clinging to the hukou relationship are the clear directions for the reform of the household registration system in China since the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, as well as the proper meaning of the Chinese dream. The reform of the household registration system is a complicated systematic project involving the vital interests of hundreds of millions of people. There are many factors that need to be taken into consideration at the same time. It is both a major move and a major test for the difficulty of co-ordinating and promoting the household registration system. but
