在2#乙二醇装置生产过程中所需的0.4MPa(文中压力均为绝压)的饱和蒸汽由压力为1.35MPa的中压蒸汽减温减压供给,其中的压差能量未被利用。本文应用螺杆膨胀动力机来回收上述过程中的余热能量用于直接拖动装置内的碳酸盐溶液泵,以减少该碳酸盐泵的用电量。通过上述回收利用装置蒸汽减温减压过程中的余热来拖动负载的项目改造,可以降低企业的生产用电量,一方面提高一次燃料的利用率,另一方面对企业整体能耗结构产生优化作用,同时为企业带来显著的经济效益。
