30年来,钻头制造公司和服务公司一直致力于攻克更快速打钻坚硬岩石方面的技术,针对牙轮钻头、聚晶金刚石复合片钻头、潜铸式金刚石钻头等项技术开展的研究取得了许多进展,但钻头钻穿速度的提高还主要依赖于较大外加载荷、较高的扭矩和旋转速度。然而较大外加载荷和较高的扭矩和旋转速度都会缩短钻头的寿命,因此需要更多的打捞工具打捞磨钝钻头,而且还易造成井斜问题。一旦产生上述问题,便要花费大量人力和物力去修正。

Therefore, more salvage tools are needed to salvage the blunt drill bit, and the problem of well inclination is also easily caused. Once the above problems have arisen, a great deal of manpower and material resources have to be spent in rectification.
