离心泵产生气蚀有多方面的原因,除水泵制造不良外,管理不善及给水构筑物缺陷亦有直接关系。当水泵运转时,由于吸水为切线方向,无论高水位或中水位均会使水面产生有害旋涡流而空气进入水泵。为防止旋流,可在吸水井水面放置一块直径略小于吸水井直径的木板,使水面与大气隔离,可避免空气进入水泵,延缓水泵气蚀速度。木板亦可用硬塑料板代替,经久耐用,效果更好。
There are many reasons for the occurrence of cavitation erosion in centrifugal pumps. In addition to the poor manufacturing of water pumps, there is a direct relationship between poor management and defects in water supply structures. When the pump is running, since the water absorption is in the tangential direction, no matter the high water level or the mid water level will cause harmful vortex flow on the water surface, the air will enter the water pump. To prevent turbulence, a board with a diameter slightly smaller than the diameter of the suction well can be placed on the water surface of the suction well to isolate the water from the atmosphere, which can prevent air from entering the pump and delay the cavitation erosion rate of the pump. The board can also be replaced with a hard plastic board, which is durable and better.
