正交试验考察废弃棉籽中棉酚的提取工艺

为了最大限度提取棉酚,采用丙酮溶剂浸取棉籽棉仁提取其中的棉酚。采用紫外分光光度法测定棉酚含量,作为评价指标。通过单因素试验研究了各种实验条件对棉酚提取量的影响,进而采用正交试验优化提取工艺。结果表明:溶剂配比和料液比对棉酚的提取有显著影响,最佳提取工艺条件为70%丙酮、1:2料液比、浸泡时间10h、浸泡1次。 In order to extract gossypol to the maximum extent, the gossypol was extracted from the cottonseed kernel by acetone solvent extraction. Determination of gossypol by UV spectrophotometry, as an evaluation index. The effects of various experimental conditions on gossypol extraction were studied by single factor experiments, and the orthogonal experiment was used to optimize the extraction process. The results showed that the solvent ratio and the ratio of solid to liquid had a significant effect on the extraction of gossypol. The optimum extraction conditions were as follows: 70% acetone, 1: 2 ratio of material to liquid, soaking time 10h, soaking 1 time.
