目的分析葛根解表作用的药效组分,为建立与临床疗效相对应的质量标准提供理论数据。方法采用RP-HPLC法分析其解表的药效组分。结果4个葛根复方中葛根解表药效组分为3′-羟基葛根素、葛根素、大豆苷、大豆苷元(比例为23.2∶34.3∶3.4∶1~8.4∶23.9∶1.9∶1)。结论葛根解表的药效组分为黄酮类组分,各组分的比例在一定范围内变化,该药效组分可作为葛根解表的标准物质。
Objective To analyze the pharmacodynamic components of Pueraria radix and to provide theoretical data for the establishment of quality standards corresponding to clinical efficacy. Methods The RP-HPLC method was used to analyze the drug composition of the depot. Results The medicinal components of the 4 Pueraria complex Radix Puerariae were 3’-hydroxypuerarin, puerarin, daidzin, daidzein (the ratio was 23.2:34.3:3.4:1-48.4:23.9:1.9:1). Conclusion The medicinal composition of Radix Puerariae is flavonoids, and the proportion of each component changes within a certain range. The medicinal composition can be used as a standard substance for the puerariae detoxification.
