1台PD320Y-1型推土机经常出现发动机无力、后桥油温过高等故障。现场检查又发现,该推土机行走时出现自行制动故障。该推土机转向制动系统由转向拉杆、制动踏板、制动助力器、转向阀、制动阀、转向离合器、制动带、制动鼓等组成。其中制动助力器结构如附图所示,其主要由活塞1、摇臂2及滑阀3等组成。当操纵转向拉杆时,其行程分为2个阶段,即第1阶段行程操纵转向阀工作,第2阶段行程操纵转向阀和制动阀同时工作。在转向拉杆第1阶段行程中,来自转向阀的油液切断离合器的动力传递,实
