对片剂和胶囊剂口服后因粘附于食道壁而引起食道损伤的临床和实验研究已有较大进展。本文拟就此种药源性食道损伤的形成机理、影响因素、实验研究方法及预防和治疗措施作一文献复习。
Clinical and experimental studies on esophageal lesions caused by adherence to the esophageal wall after oral administration of tablets and capsules have progressed. This article intends to make such a drug-induced esophageal damage formation mechanism, influencing factors, experimental research methods and prevention and treatment measures to make a literature review.
