目的探讨应用肌肉触发电刺激的方法治疗脑卒中后肩关节半脱位的疗效。方法将40例脑卒中后肩关节半脱位患者随机分为治疗组20例和对照组20例。对照组患者接受常规康复治疗,治疗组患者予以肌肉触发电刺激的康复治疗,治疗前后应用表面肌电评估系统及影像检查评估治疗效果。结果 2组治疗后与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义,治疗后组间比较肩关节半脱位疗效差异明显。结论肌肉触发电刺激治疗脑卒中后肩关节半脱位改善效果显著。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of muscle stimulation on shoulder subluxation after stroke. Methods Forty patients with post-stroke shoulder subluxation were randomly divided into treatment group (20 cases) and control group (20 cases). The patients in the control group received routine rehabilitation treatment. The patients in the treatment group received rehabilitation therapy with muscle-triggered electrical stimulation. The surface electromyography evaluation system and imaging examination before and after treatment were used to evaluate the therapeutic effect. Results There was significant difference between the two groups after treatment and before treatment, after treatment, there was significant difference in the efficacy of subluxation of shoulder between groups. Conclusion Muscle-triggered electrical stimulation is effective in treating shoulder subluxation after stroke.
