目的 观察高氧液(HO)对失血性休克家兔血气和血液流变学的影响,评价其用于休克早期救治的价值。方法 以林格氏液(RS)为基液制备HO。22只家兔随机分为两组:林格氏液组RS组)和高氧液组(HO组),每组11只。制备失血性休克模型,经股动脉在5min内放血,放血量占全身血量的45%。60min后分别静脉输注10ml/kg RS或HO。记录平均动脉压(MAP)和输液后动物4h存活率。分别于休克前、休克60min、输液后30min、60min取动脉血测定血气和血液流变学指标。结果 休克后MAP明显下降,全血高切变率表观粘度(BV)、血浆粘度(PV),红细胞聚集指数(AI)明显升高;与RS比较,HO能迅速提高MAP,提高SaO2和PaO2,降低BV、PV、AI(P<0.05),动物4h存活率明显提高。结论 HO对出血性休克早期救治具有较高的实用价值。
Objective To observe the effect of hyperoxia liquid (HO) on blood gas and hemorheology in rabbits with hemorrhagic shock and evaluate its value in the early treatment of shock. Methods Ringer’s solution (RS) was used to prepare HO. 22 rabbits were randomly divided into two groups: Ringer’s RS group) and hyperoxia group (HO group), 11 rats in each group. Preparation of hemorrhagic shock model, the femoral artery bleeding within 5min, blood volume accounted for 45% of the body’s blood. After 60min intravenous infusion of 10ml / kg RS or HO. Mean arterial pressure (MAP) and 4 h animal survival rate after infusion were recorded. Respectively in front of shock, shock 60min, 30min after infusion, 60min arterial blood taken to determine blood gas and blood rheology indicators. Results MAP significantly decreased after shock, and the apparent viscosity (BV), plasma viscosity (PV) and erythrocyte aggregation index (AI) of whole blood high shear rate increased significantly. Compared with RS, HO could rapidly increase MAP and increase SaO2 and PaO2 , Lower BV, PV, AI (P <0.05), 4h survival rate of animals increased significantly. Conclusion HO has a high practical value in the early treatment of hemorrhagic shock.
