混凝土面板堆石坝的垫层斜坡碾压质量十分重要,目前普遍采用的碾压质量控制方法是干密度法,然而在陡峭的斜坡上挖坑取样、回填和压实均很困难,为此我们研制了XYC型斜坡碾压质量控制系统,该系统可在碾压过程中自动检测填料的压实情况,实现了碾压质量的实时控制.室内试验和在十三陵抽水蓄能电站上池混凝土垫层斜坡验证试验结果表明:该系统压实质量检测仪的读数与碾压遍数的关系符合碾压规律,与填料的干密度等工程参数之间存在密切的相关关系,经过率定的该系统可作为压实质量控制的仪器,挖坑取样结果验证了该系统的可靠性。
