目的:探讨Notch-1及其配体Jagged-1在膀胱移行细胞癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法:采用免疫组化SP法检测Notch-1和Jag-ged-1在52例膀胱移行细胞癌组织和10例正常膀胱组织中的表达,并结合临床资料进行分析。结果:52例膀胱癌组织中Notch-1和Jag-ged-1蛋白的阳性表达率分别为76.9%(40/52)和75.0%(39/52)。10例正常膀胱组织中Notch-1阳性表达率为40.0%(4/10),Jagged-1阳性表达率为50.0%(5/10)。随着膀胱癌病理分级和临床分期的增高,Notch-1和Jagged-1蛋白的阳性表达率均增高,P<0.05。复发组Notch-1和Jagged-1蛋白的阳性表达率均高于未复发组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。Notch-1和Jagged-1的表达强度之间呈明显正相关,r=0.316,χ2=5.200,P=0.013。结论:Notch-1及其配体Jagged-1可能是判断膀胱癌生物学行为的重要指标。
Objective: To investigate the expression of Notch-1 and its ligand Jagged-1 in bladder transitional cell carcinoma and its clinical significance. Methods: The expressions of Notch-1 and Jag-ged-1 in 52 cases of bladder transitional cell carcinoma and 10 cases of normal bladder tissue were detected by immunohistochemical SP method and analyzed with clinical data. Results: The positive expression rates of Notch-1 and Jag-ged-1 in 52 cases of bladder cancer were 76.9% (40/52) and 75.0% (39/52) respectively. The positive rate of Notch-1 in 10 cases of normal bladder tissue was 40.0% (4/10) and the positive rate of Jagged-1 was 50.0% (5/10). The positive expression rates of Notch-1 and Jagged-1 protein increased with the pathological grade and clinical stage of bladder cancer (P <0.05). The positive rates of Notch-1 and Jagged-1 protein in recurrence group were higher than those in non-recurrence group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). There was a significant positive correlation between the expression of Notch-1 and Jagged-1, r = 0.316, χ2 = 5.200, P = 0.013. Conclusion: Notch-1 and its ligand Jagged-1 may be important indicators to judge the biological behavior of bladder cancer.
