分别讨论了以PEG、CMC和PAM为介质的三种聚合物凝集液相IgG压电免疫分析法,详细考察了各聚合物浓度及分子量、抗体稀释度、PBS浓度、聚合物—DS复合时间和反应温度等实验条件对频移(△F)的影响。上述三种聚合物为介质时,压电免疫传感器方法对浓度范围分别在2.0—39.0μg/ml、0—24.0μg/ml和0—20.6μg/ml内的IgG可进行准确测定。利用PEG凝集液相压电免疫分析法对5个血清样本中的IgG进行测定,其结果与采用SRID法测得的结果无显著性差异。
The three kinds of polymer aggregates, such as PEG, CMC and PAM, were used to analyze the phase-by-phase polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The effects of concentration, molecular weight, antibody dilution, PBS concentration, Reaction temperature and other experimental conditions on the frequency shift (△ F). When the above three polymers were used as the medium, the piezoelectric immunosensor method could accurately measure IgG in the concentration range of 2.0-39.0 μg / ml, 0-24.0 μg / ml and 0-20.6 μg / ml, respectively. The determination of IgG in 5 serum samples by PEG coagulation-phase piezoelectric immuno-immunoassay showed no significant difference with the results of SRID method.
