青海盐湖镁业分公司电石厂在“十二五”期间主要进行了80万吨/年电石项目的投资建设,因该项目是截至目前全世界最大的电石项目,采用加拿大赫氏公司的电石炉技术,国内天辰设计院、上海宝冶共同配套设计完成,单台电石炉年生产能力为20万吨。“十二五”期间主要完成了电石炉厂房建设,公辅设施建设,关键设备的采购、安装,配套5座600T/d的石灰窑已建成,同时对“十三五”期间的电石项目试车和达产达标做了要求。
The calcium carbide plant of Qinghai Salt Lake Magnesium Branch Co., Ltd. mainly invested 800,000 tons/year of calcium carbide during the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” period. This project is the largest calcium carbide project in the world so far. It is based on the Canadian Hex Company. The calcium carbide furnace technology, the domestic Tianchen Design Institute and the Shanghai Baoye Co., Ltd. are jointly completed and the annual production capacity of a single calcium carbide furnace is 200,000 tons. During the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” period, the construction of calcium carbide furnace plants, construction of public and auxiliary facilities, procurement and installation of key equipment were completed, and five 600T/d lime kiln plants were completed. At the same time, during the “Thirteenth Five-Year Plan” period The commissioning of the calcium carbide project has fulfilled the requirements for meeting the standards.
