建立小麦和土壤样品中2甲4氯异辛酯残留的气相色谱-质谱检测方法。对小麦植株、小麦籽粒和土壤中的2甲4氯异辛酯经丙酮溶液匀浆提取,浓缩,丙酮定容后,用GC-MS测定。研究结果表明,小麦植株、籽粒和土壤中2甲4氯异辛酯的最低检出限均为0.02 mg/kg,在添加水平为0.02~0.5 mg/kg时,2甲4氯异辛酯在小麦植株中的回收率为91.2%~104.2%(RSD=4.2%~13.4%),在籽粒中的回收率为85.0%~104.2%(RSD=3.6%~10.9%),在土壤中的回收率为89.0%~100%(RSD=6.1%~9.7%)。表明该检测方法具有操作简单、灵敏度高等特点,完全能够满足小麦和土壤中2甲4氯异辛酯的残留检测。
