高校的党建思政工作维护高校各项秩序的安全与稳定运行,促进和保证高校的工作能够全面发展发挥了重要作用。思想政治教育工作是高校文化的重要载体,同时高校文化也是思想政治工作进一步完善的主要渠道。研究目的:高校党建思政工作与教学科研的融合发展还处于探索阶段,为了更多推动两者的融合发展,提高教学效率,为实现现代化教学方式打下基础。研究方法:通过文献法、比较研究发、访谈法、行动研究法对现阶段高校党建思政工作与高校教学科研融合发展的现状进行分析,总结出影响两者融合发展的主要因素。结论:高校党建思政工作与高校内各项教学、文化建设、科研活动进行相互结合,互相辅助的过程中,高校的教学科研活动得到了进一步的推进与发展,同时党建思政工作也得到更加有效的建设,党建思政工作与高校教学科研获得了共赢。
The ideological and political work of party building in colleges and universities has played an important role in safeguarding the security and stable operation of all the institutions of higher learning and in promoting and ensuring that their work can be fully developed.
