风格理论认为领导者具有“任务”和“关系”两种最基本的行为方式,即最基本的领导行为分为“任务行为”和“关系行为”。“任务行为”从组织目标的实现出发,帮助群体成员达到领导者和他们的共同目标;“关系行为”要帮助下属对自我、合作者在所处的组织内感到舒心愉悦。所以,风格理论认为有效领导应该把这两种行为相结合,使下属既要努力工作又要享受到愉悦。对于女性领导而言,“刚”有助于实现任务行为,“柔”则有助于实现关系行为,刚柔并济是刚与柔的互相补充,能恰到好处应对各种局面。现代社会中,刚柔并济已经成为一种能力和现象,是很多人追求的一种境界。对于女性领导者来说,刚柔结合更加适合塑造女
