1995年～ 1999年 7月 ,我院共收治阴茎、阴囊皮肤撕脱伤 5例 ,采用回植、皮瓣、皮片移植的方法一期覆盖阴茎、阴囊创面 ,均获成功。1 临床资料本组 5例 ,年龄 18～ 37岁 ,已婚 4例 ,未婚 1例。致伤原因 :外裤被机器、船用缆绳及收割机缠绕致伤 4例 ,车祸致会阴部皮肤碾挫伤 1
1995 ~ July 1999, our hospital received a total of 5 cases of avulsion of the penis and scrotal skin, using the method of replantation, flap and skin grafting to cover the penis and scrotum in one phase, all of which were successful. 1 Clinical data The group of 5 patients, aged 18 to 37 years, married in 4 cases, 1 case of unmarried. Cause of injury: outer pants were wound machine, marine cables and harvesters wound wound in 4 cases caused by perineal skin bruises 1
