目的提高~(99m)Tc-MIBI乳腺亲肿瘤显像的对乳腺癌的检出率.方法 采用我们设计的乳腺显像装置作~(99m)Tc-MIBI乳腺亲肿瘤显像,采用特殊俯卧位检查.其中108例的结果与病理资料对照.结果恶性病变组ECT阳性43/47;阴性4/47良性病变组ECT阴性56/61阳性5/61~(99m)Tc-MIBI乳腺亲肿瘤显像对乳腺恶性病变诊断的~(99m)Tc-MIBI乳腺亲肿瘤显像对乳腺恶性病变诊断的灵敏度91.48%;特异性为91.80%,诊断正确率为91.66%;假阴性率8.52%,假阳性率8.20%,阳性预测值89.58%,阴性预测值93.33%结论采用特殊显像装置并俯卧位检查,提高整个检查的准确性和灵敏度起了很大的作用,值得推广使用.
Objective To improve the detection rate of ~(99m)Tc-MIBI mammary tumour imaging for breast cancer. Methods We used a breast imaging device designed for ~(99m)Tc-MIBI mammary tumor imaging with special prone position. Examination. The results of 108 cases were compared with the pathological data.
