目的 了解淋球菌流行株对抗生素的敏感性。方法 对 1998年~ 1999年间广东省湛江地区分离出的 98株淋球菌流行株 ,在系统鉴定的基础上 ,进行了抗生素敏感性的测定 ,以琼脂稀释法测定了青霉素、四环素、壮观霉素、头孢三嗪和环丙沙星的最小抑菌浓度 (MIC) ,并根据CDC标准判定敏感、中度敏感及耐药。结果 青霉素、四环素、壮观霉素、头孢三嗪及环丙沙星耐药率分别为 2 3 .91%、49.45 %、11.11%、16 .48%和 5 9.34%。结论 广东湛江地区目前流行的淋球菌菌株耐药状况十分严重 ,尤以环丙沙星为甚 ,临床常用的头孢三嗪、壮观霉素耐药株也应引起重视
Objective To understand the sensitivity of gonococcal strains to antibiotics. Methods A total of 98 strains of Neisseria gonorrhoeae isolated from Zhanjiang in Guangdong Province from 1998 to 1999 were tested for antibiotic susceptibility based on systematic identification. The concentrations of penicillin, tetracycline, spectinomycin, Ceftriaxone and ciprofloxacin minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC), and according to the CDC criteria to determine sensitive, moderately sensitive and resistant. Results The rates of resistance to penicillin, tetracycline, spectinomycin, ceftriaxone and ciprofloxacin were 23.91%, 49.45%, 11.11%, 16.48% and 5 9.34%, respectively. Conclusion The prevalence of Neisseria gonorrhoeae strains in Zhanjiang of Guangdong Province is very serious, especially ciprofloxacin, ceftriaxone and spectinomycin resistant strains commonly used clinically
