珠海市作为珠江口、珠江三角洲的南部边缘、靠近世界著名赌城澳门的经济特区城市,一直以宜居城市作为发展的方向。而宜居城市是以交通条件、城市环境、空气质量、经济水平、社会治安等为标准进行评选,近几年来,随着城市居住人口和私家车的增加,城市交通和空气质量、社会治安等都出现了危机。面对这样的现状,如何有效的进行老城区改造就有利于提升珠海的形象、提高居民生活满意度,消除治安隐患。本文以其中一个比较突出的问题,老城区的老旧小区之间的次街道,完善步行绿化空间、实现车人分流,让这些老城区的次街道成为适宜步行、驻足、风景宜人的区域。 Zhuhai, as the Pearl River Mouth and the southern edge of the Pearl River Delta, is close to the world famous Macao Special Economic Zone city of Macau, and has always regarded the livable city as its development direction.
