On December 12, 2003, the symposium on the 10th anniversary of the founding of “Yangtze River Forum” was held in Wuhan Municipal Party School of CPC. The meeting was presided over by Professor Wang Deming, vice president of Wuhan Municipal Committee Party School and vice chief editor of “Changjiang Forum”.
