文章介绍了公司在实施MBOS过程中,以“企图心”、“方法论”“组织战”三大纲领为纽带,建立系统完善的MBOS实施体系。在实施过程中,公司由上而下建立MBOS组织,确立MBOS的会议制度,从机制上保证MBOS的贯彻落实;公司和个人设立超越一般标准的奥林匹克目标,建立公司指标库,开展标杆管理活动,并通过技能开发与提案改善活动、指标竞赛及成果分享等措施,全方位、多层次深入推行MBOS,让MBOS不仅具有了完整的结构和支撑,还具有落地实施的具体措施和方法。
