Marx发生器是一种广泛应用的高压脉冲电源,它以高储能密度和低电感的电容器组为其主体构架,利用电容充放电的方式来产生指数衰减形高压脉冲。该文通过分析经典Marx发生器的充电特性和放电特性,提出改进的Marx发生器电路模型,并通过构建微型循环水系统进行高压脉冲灭菌实验。最后,利用平板计数法和琼脂糖凝胶电泳实验检测该系统对细菌的致死作用。实验结果表明,该高压脉冲灭菌系统能很好的杀灭细菌,并有望将该技术推广应用于火力发电、有色冶炼及钢铁制造等行业的工业循环水处理中。
Marx generator is a widely used high-voltage pulse power supply. Its main structure is a capacitor bank with high energy storage density and low inductance. It uses the capacitor to charge and discharge to generate exponentially decaying high voltage pulses. In this paper, an improved Marx generator circuit model is proposed by analyzing the charging and discharging characteristics of a classical Marx generator, and high-voltage pulse sterilization experiments are carried out by constructing a microcirculating water system. Finally, the lethal effect of the system on bacteria was tested by plate counting and agarose gel electrophoresis. The experimental results show that the high-pressure pulse sterilization system can kill bacteria well and is expected to be widely used in industrial circulating water treatment in thermal power generation, nonferrous metal smelting and steel manufacturing industries.
