本文叙述了446Mb/s集成光中继器的性能。该中继器由采用硅双极工艺技术制造的四个单片集成电路(MIC)组成。当比特误码率为10~(-11)时,中继器灵敏度为-37.5dBm,动态抖动小于0.3°。由于环境温度变化而引起的判决电平偏差小于1%,采用用于直流耦合光接收器的单片集成控制系统可使传号率的变化而引起的判决电平偏差小于4%。在0~30℃温度范围内,输出光功率的衰减小于0.5dB,环境温度每升高30℃,要付出约2dB的功率代价。
This article describes the performance of a 446Mb / s integrated optical repeater. The repeater consists of four monolithic integrated circuits (MICs) fabricated using silicon bipolar process technology. When the bit error rate is 10 ~ (-11), the repeater sensitivity is -37.5dBm and the dynamic jitter is less than 0.3 °. The decision level deviation due to changes in ambient temperature is less than 1%. The use of a monolithic integrated control system for DC-coupled optical receivers results in a decision level deviation of less than 4% due to changes in the symbol rate. At 0 ~ 30 ℃ temperature range, the output optical power attenuation of less than 0.5dB, ambient temperature increased by 30 ℃, to pay about 2dB power cost.
