本书对视网膜的形态、生理的研究现状及其功能的细胞和分工机制作了精辟的论述。全书共分八章,约30万字。第一章阐明脑的研究途径,第二、三章介绍了视网膜的细胞和突触组构,第四、五章论述了视网膜各类细胞的生理和药理特性,第六、七章论述了视网膜电图和视觉适应。最后一章论及对阐明脑的功能有特殊意义的研究成果。书后的附录介绍了神经生物学的基本术语和概念。
The book on the retina morphology, physiology of the status quo and the function of cells and division of labor made a brilliant exposition. The book is divided into eight chapters, about 30 words. The first chapter elucidated the brain research approach, the second and third chapters introduced the retinal cells and synaptic structure, the fourth and fifth chapters discussed the physiological and pharmacological properties of various types of retinal cells, the sixth and seventh chapters discussed the retina Electrical mapping and visual adaptation. The final chapter deals with research findings of special significance for elucidating the function of the brain. The appendices to the book describe the basic terminology and concepts of neurobiology.
