目的探讨细菌感染与慢性非细菌性前列腺炎的相关性。方法应用PCR方法检测慢性非细菌性前列腺炎患者前列腺组织中的细菌16SrRNA基因,同时用RT-PCR方法检测其中的大肠杆菌tufAmRNA基因。结果38例慢性非细菌性前列腺炎患者前列腺组织中31例(81.5%)呈细菌16SrRNA基因阳性;在31例细菌16SrRNA基因阳性的患者前列腺组织中,有6例(19.4%)检出大肠杆菌tufAmRNA基因。结论慢性非细菌性前列腺炎患者的前列腺组织中不仅有细菌的存在,而且部分被证实是活力细菌。细菌在慢性非细菌性前列腺炎的病因中可能起一定的作用。
Objective To investigate the correlation between bacterial infection and chronic nonbacterial prostatitis. Methods The bacterial 16S rRNA gene in prostate tissue of patients with chronic non-bacterial prostatitis was detected by PCR, and the tufAmRNA gene of Escherichia coli was detected by RT-PCR. Results Totally 31 (81.5%) of the 38 patients with chronic non-bacterial prostatitis were positive for bacterial 16S rRNA gene. Among the 31 patients with positive bacterial 16SrRNA gene, 6 (19.4%) detected the tufA mRNA of E. coli gene. Conclusion There is not only bacteria in the prostate tissue of patients with chronic nonbacterial prostatitis, but also partially confirmed to be viable bacteria. Bacteria may play a role in the etiology of chronic nonbacterial prostatitis.
