消能减震技术是实现结构性能化设计的有效方法之一,金属位移型阻尼器具有较好弹性刚度及耗能性能,在消能减震技术领域被广泛应用。超高层建筑因其高度或体型复杂往往需要更好的抗震性能,传统技术采用构件‘硬抗’的办法,通过采用消能减震技术可以保证多遇地震抗震性能水平不改变前提下更有效改善结构抗震性能,设防烈度及罕遇地震下彻底改变塑性损伤机制及抗倒塌性能。
