武钢某厂通过细化晶粒和细晶强化开发了控轧控冷钢筋生产工艺,逐步批量生产控轧控冷钢筋,但生产中主要存在易堵钢和不便于标准化操作2大难题。通过严格执行开炉确认制、调整入口导槽开口尺寸、优化水阀开启方式、匹配剪前夹送辊速度等技术措施,堵钢次数由平均8次/月减少至2次/月,大幅减少了工艺故障时间,提高了轧机作业率和班产量。将控冷温度由人工监控改为计算机自动监控、设计带刻度盘的支管球阀方便在线调整和精确控制水量、优化工艺参数及修改技术操作规程,利于标准化操作。
