改革开放以及成功加入世贸组织都促进了我国与世界的交流,不管是旅游、文化,还是商业贸易,中国正影响着世界。在此背景之下,对外汉语成为热门专业,对外汉语教师的教学能力自然也就成为了社会关注的热点。在汉语高度推广的环境下,我们更应该注重对对外汉语教师教学能力的培养,这既关系到汉语的推广质量,也关系到国家对外长久发展。本文主要分析了当前情况下对外汉语教师教学能力中存在的问题,在此基础上提出了对外汉语教师教学能力培养的具体策略。 Both reform and opening up and the successful accession to the World Trade Organization have promoted the exchange of our country with the rest of the world. Under this background, as Chinese as a foreign language has become a hot topic, the teaching ability of teachers of Chinese as a foreign language has naturally become a hot topic of social concern. Under the circumstance of highly promoted Chinese, we should pay more attention to cultivating the teaching abilities of teachers of Chinese as a foreign language. This not only concerns the quality of Chinese promotion, but also the long-term development of the country. This article mainly analyzes the existing problems in teaching Chinese as a foreign language teacher, and on this basis, puts forward the specific strategies for teaching Chinese as a foreign language teacher.
