通过理论分析和实验结果,叙述了在宽带单脉冲相干反斯托克斯拉曼散射(CARS)光谱测温技术中,利用光参量振荡器(OPO)代替常用的染料激光器作为斯托克斯光源的可行性问题。理论分析指出,测温范围在2200K以内,用OPO作斯托克斯光源是可行的,并利用该实验装置实测酒精灯火焰中的温度分布,其结果与辐射温度计测量结果比较,误差在5%以内。
Through theoretical analysis and experimental results, it is described that in the broadband single pulse coherent anti-Stokes Raman scattering (CARS) spectrometer temperature measurement technique, the optical parametric oscillator (OPO) is used instead of the commonly used dye laser as the Stokes light source Feasibility issues. Theoretical analysis shows that the temperature measurement range is less than 2200K, it is feasible to use OPO as a Stokes source, and the temperature distribution in the flame of the alcohol lamp is measured by using the experimental device. The result is compared with the measurement results of the radiation thermometer with the error of 5% Within.
