课堂是课改的主阵地,课改改到深处是课堂教学模式的改革。学校有基本的教学模式,是其成熟的标志。不同课型要有不同的课型教学模式,教师有彰显个性、特色、高效的教学模式,是一位教师成熟的表现,也是实现高质高效教学的根本保证。新塘中学“121导学课堂教学模式建构研究”课题组历经两年多的科研实践,自主总结出了特色明显、适用性很强的一种新型课堂教学模式——高中数学“121导学课堂教学模式”。主要研究“121导学课堂”教学实施中遇到的一些问题及应对策略,旨在提高学生的互动探究能力及课堂的参与度,从而提升课堂的有效性,提升学生综合能力,从而达到高效课堂的目标。
